Total responsibility for all technical FM services in your customer objects Leadership, deployment planning and development of the technical team on site Coordination, control and quality assurance of maintenance, maintenance, testing and legal requirements Control and monitoring of external service providers and foreign companies Close customer communication, regular reporting and ensuring high service quality Budget and cost responsibility incl. Offer creation Participation in tenders, technical concepts and project developments

Complete training or a completed training as a state-tested technician, master, specialist in facility management (w/m/d) or comparable qualification in building technology, utility technology, electrical engineering, HKLS or facility management Multiannual professional experience in building technology (electric engineering, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary / HKLS) Experience in a comparable position in technical facility management desirable Perspective, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe handling of MS Office driving licence class B
