''Coordinatorin (w/m/d) for family-analogous housing groups in Berlin From 01.08.2026 we are looking for a social-pedagogical coordination (w/m/d) in parttime with 30 hours/week for our family-analogs offers. The family-analogs offers according to §§ 27, 34 SGB VIII in Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Schöneberg are aimed at children and young people who, at the beginning of the aid, are between 1 and 15 years old and, for a medium or longer term, require stationary care: Educational groups (EEC) offer three-four places. The care is carried out by an indwelling and a future specialist, which are additionally supported by a domestic worker. The educational institutions (EST) have two places and are guided by an inhabiting specialist who receives support by an incoming specialist for hours. Indwelling professionals have their food point in the housing groups. The children and young people form a community of life with the indwelling educator. Your duties You advise and accompany colleagues in case-related and process-oriented. You contribute to the development and development of aid targets and plans and, together with children, young people, families, colleagues and youth offices, develop tailor-made support opportunities. You maintain a close professional exchange with youth offices, specialist services and other participants in the help process. You are a reliable response for colleagues – even in challenging and acute crisis situations. You design continuous and sustainable parental and environmental work. Your profile You have a state recognition as a social workerin or social education*in (Diplom, B.A. or M.A.) or a comparable university degree. You bring well-founded practical experience in the field of stationary youth assistance, ideally with family-analogous offers. You have experience in working with families as well as advising and accompanying parents – even in complex and challenging situations. You are characterized by pronounced organisational competences, a structured way of working and a high degree of self-management. You also keep an overview in stressful and dynamic situations, act in vain and make reflected decisions. You have a systemic way of thinking and working.
