IT Service Manager (m/w/d) - Focus on License Management

DAK Health The IT control and operation department of our technology center is the interface to our IT service providers. The management of the service providers via various topics is carried out here via an operating provider management. They develop the necessary concepts together with the relevant organisational units and IT and are actively involved in their implementation.

For dedicated cooperation in this area we are looking for you as

IT-Servicemanager (m/w/d) - Key Area

Your duties

• Consultation of demand providers from specialist departments in license questions (product portfolio, license usage, license models, etc.)
• Support in relevant projects (e.g. invitations to tender) through appropriate consultation for, for example, cost-optimized licensing and active participation in licensing negotiations
• Creation of monthly license balances, display potential savings and optimization potentials, and implementation of these
• Continuous and efficient development of IT-Asset Management processes in line with the requirements of IT governance and monitoring and ensuring process quality in these processes
• Support in the further development and maintenance of the IT-performance and IT-service catalog incl. Taking the performance and service cut
• Definition of the content structure of IT performance certificates and service descriptions as well as cross-border directories and performance parameters (performance directory, SLA classes etc.)
• Overarching coordination of IT providers in technical and technical questions
• Overarching opponent of the IT purchase for the award, monitoring and accounting of IT services (performance certificates) to external IT providers
• Support in the development and maintenance of process and process documentation for all processes of IT service management

Your profile

• Complete studies in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable professional qualification with relevant professional experience or/and several years of experience in the field of IT Asset Management (SAM & HAM) and contract lifecycle management
• Previous knowledge of SQL databases and script languages as well as cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS) and service provider licensing
• Technical understanding of common IT technologies and terms and knowledge in software contract and license law
• High service and customer orientation
• Very good analytical, conceptual, structured and solution-oriented working and thinking
• Talent to work into complex IT contract documents
• Very good German language skills (flowing in word and writing) and good English
