Support for SHE (Safety, Health, & Environment) Construction, support and further development of the SHE management system Evaluate the effectiveness of the management system through audits, audits, evaluations and reports Advising executives and employees in all matters of work, health and Environment Performance of tasks according to § 6 ASIG as a specialist for occupational safety Implementation of risk assessments, safety assessments and risk analyses Investigation of accidents at work and derivation and follow-up of accidents at work Prevention measures Participation in waste and hazardous materials management Support of supervisors in the selection and implementation of SHE relevant Instructions and training creation, maintenance and control of SHE-relevant documentation, key figures and Reports Maintenance, updating and application of the SHE legal catastrophe Cooperation with internal departments and external contacts (e.g. Business doctor, BG)

Completion or further training in a relevant field (e.g. Safety Management, Engineering, Environmental Sciences Work safety specialist Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards Experience in SHE, ideally in the food industry Language knowledge in German and English Ability to guide and motivate functional teams Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively with to interact with different stakeholders Analytical skills to assess risks and develop Risk mitigation measures High security awareness and sense of responsibility
