You can do this with us:

• Maintenance and repair of industrial plants (heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities)
• Procurement of consumables
• Proper documentation and preparation of inspection reports
• Instruction and support of external employees (w/m/d) and coordination of your services
• Contact person for technical inquiries or interference messages

We wish you:

• Complete training in a technical or craft occupation, e.g. plant mechanic SHK, heating and ventilation engineer, gas and water installer (w/m/d)
• First professional experience in building technology | Haustechnik | Hausverwaltung or in mobile home technology of advantage
• Craft skills, customer-oriented appearance and action as well as team skills
• Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (including additional remuneration)
• Class B licence
