You are part of an expert team for the assessment and certification of rail vehicles and their components. You assess rail vehicles and their components with regard to the technical specifications for interoperability (TSI) and complementary national requirements as well as European requirements for light rail. You evaluate the strength of suspensions and suspension components as well as car boxes and components incl. the assessment of passive safety and traction and impact devices. In this context, You evaluate technical descriptions, drawings, calculations, simulations and test reports based on the corresponding standards and regulations. In the role of the project manager, You conduct projects and monitor the quality, dates, economics, project risks. continuously in all project phases.

You have successfully completed engineering studies with emphasis on strength teaching and material science. You have very good knowledge of technical mechanics, strength teaching, material engineering and know evaluation methods of fatigue and operational strength. You have extensive knowledge of the relevant standards and guidelines. You convince with a high degree of communication capability and successfully shape the direct exchange with our customers. You are distinguished by a proactive, independent, structured and analytical method. You prefer work in the team and show a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility in all situations. You have knowledge in English and ideally in another foreign language.
