Internal Auditor (m/f/d)

Planning and implementation of risk-oriented internal audits to ensure financial integrity and operational and regulatory compliance Analysis and critical evaluation of group-wide business processes for identifying efficiency potentials and for the active design of optimization measures Preparation of address-oriented audit reports including sound, solution-oriented recommendations and monitoring and maintenance of agreed measures Analysis and further development of internal control systems for the proactive identification and control of risks Examination and proactive promotion of the Group-wide compliance management system and value-based governance structures Conduct of ad hoc investigations and special checks on irregularities or special risk situations Control, coordination and monitoring of external audit service providers to ensure high-quality performance

studies of economics, economic engineering or economic law; Additional qualifications such as CIA or CFE ideally complete your profile At least five years of relevant professional experience in internal auditing or auditing Very good analytical skills as well as the ability to prepare complex facts in a comprehensible, practical and result-oriented manner High IT affinity, especially for deep-dives in ERP systems, cybersecurity and modern data analysis tools Ability to work constructively with the disciplines, build long-term and trusted working relationships at all hierarchical levels and integrate well into the organization High sense of responsibility, precise documentation and flexibility for international missions within the Quartzwerke Group English knowledge is a prerequisite; good language skills in Bulgarian and German are an advantage
