Electrical Engineer - High Voltage / Project Management / Network Analysis (m/w/d)

You conduct and monitor the technical planning of high-voltage systems, including transformers, and power connections, in compliance with safety, reliability and efficiency standards You manage project schedules, budgets and resources for high-voltage projects – from planning to commissioning You develop and review electrical schematics, line diagrams and specifications and perform network analyses, including load flow, short circuit and protection studies You make sure that all designs comply with industry standards (e.g. IEC, IEEE, VDE) and national regulations, including DIN and VDE standards Create and review detailed technical documentation, including technical specifications, test plans and operating and maintenance manuals, and ensure quality control in all project phases You work with internal teams, customers: inside, contractors and supervisory authorities to ensure smooth project implementation and clear communication with all stakeholders You identify and mitigate potential project risks and solve technical challenges to ensure continuous progress You support and guide Junior engineer:into promoting skills and a culture of continuous improvement

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology or a related area You bring at least 7 years of experience in high-voltage technology and have proven expertise in system planning and project management You have knowledge of network analysis software (e.g. ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory) and CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD, EPLAN) You have sound knowledge about high-voltage protection and control systems, devices and safety protocols You have an excellent understanding of the relevant standards and regulations (IEC, IEEE, VDE) for high voltage systems You have proven skills in project management and the ability to manage complex projects and to comply with deadlines
