First contact point for legal transactions in the daily business Implementation of legal assessments and structured preparation of relevant information Control and communication with external law firms, including patent and trademark law Ensuring efficient processes between internal departments and external legal advisers Examination and revision of existing contracts and support in the design of new contractual documents and standardised templates Monitoring and evaluation of relevant compliance issues and deriving internal measures (outside the medical device regulation) Support for internal audits by the Group

Completed degree as Bachelor of Law, BWL with focus on company law/trade law/commercial law or a comparable qualification with corresponding building qualifications Good knowledge in civil and in particular contract law Experience in consulting and consulting industrial companies on legal matters is advantageous Ability to prepare complex facts in a comprehensible way combined with a structured and proactive way Sovereign communication with law firms and management with very good knowledge of German and English High level of reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility
