Real estate manager / portfolio manager (m/w/d) for residential and commercial real estate for strategic and operational development

In cooperation with Maenken Kommunikation GmbH, we are looking for you as a real estate manager/portfolio manager (m/w/d).

A diverse range of tasks awaits you around the care and further development of an apartment and commercial portfolio with currently around 120 units in the Cologne/Bonn area. The focus is on the continuous increase in value and return as well as the expansion of the portfolio. You enter and develop our real estate portfolio You identify optimization potentials in stock (e.g. reuses, extensions, modernization measures, tenant structure) You carry out regular object visits, detect states and initiate actions You organize repairs, renovations and rebuilding measures You managst change of tenants including handovers and new rentals You hire, tax and control external service providers You work closely with our external predominantly commercial house management and the tax advisor You make purchases and sales as part of the strategic development of the portfolio You bring your own ideas on how to make processes more efficient You take over the leadership and operational planning of a two-person craftsman team

You have a completed degree in real estate management / real estate management or a training as a real estate businessman / as a real estate businesswoman or a comparable qualification with real estate economic relations You bring professional experience in the management of residential and commercial properties and ideally have first experiences with furnished units You know yourself with modernizations, maintenance and rental changes You have a well-founded knowledge of rental law and the creation of additional cost accounting You work structured, self-responsible, think solution-oriented and organize likely and successfully You are sure to go with MS Office, especially with Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams You have first leadership experience or want to take responsibility for a small team You have a friendly and professional experience in dealing with tenants, service providers and partners You have a class B licence
