Your tasks with us: You take over the project management and coordination in the case of new, re- and extension construction measures and building renovations. You represent the interests of the circle as a contractor representation and control costs, appointments and qualities. You conduct award procedures for architects and engineering services and conclude HOAI contracts. You coordinate internal and external project participants and ensure a smooth flow of information.

Take this with you: You have successfully completed their studies (Diplom/Bachelor) in the field of architecture, civil engineering with a focus on construction or project management You have at least two years of professional experience in planning, tendering and construction management of civil engineering measures – including construction controlling, contract and construction contract law (VOB) as well as HOAI and You have the driving licence class B.

Good to know: You are willing to use your private car for reimbursement for service purposes. You can benefit from a flexible working time frame (Mo–Do 06:00–19:00, Fri 06:00–16:00). We look forward to receiving full-time and part-time applications. The place requires a weekly working time of at least 80% and a presence on 5 days a week.
