Become part of our team in Frankfurt am Main and support us as Projektmanager (m/d) Structuring & Origination Maritime Industries We offer multifaceted tasks In the Maritime Industries team, you will structure large-volume new, corporate and export financing in the cruise segment. In doing so, you will bind European export credit agencies and other financing partners. Together with our customers, you develop viable transaction structures in line with the business and risk strategy of the KfW IPEX bank. Individually create credit templates, term sheets, presentations and offers and accompany the financing from the first structural idea to the implementation. You maintain existing customer relationships, work as part of the deal team closely together with the relevant internal interfaces and maintain regular professional exchange within and outside the Mobility department. In addition, watch market, risk and product developments and actively develop our sectoral and regional expertise. This will bring you You have an economic-oriented study or comparable training and experience in the structuring of financing and customer support. Finding knowledge of corporate, export and asset-based cash flow financing is ideally combined with experience in cruise financing as well as controlling large and challenging projects; Knowledge of IPEX processes and systems is advantageous. With the strength of communication, acquisition and negotiation, you can stand up confidently and convince with a strong customer and solution orientation. Different internal and external interfaces control you structured, decision-making and team-oriented. German and English, as far as possible another foreign language and the readiness to frequent business trips in Germany and abroad round off your profile.
