Recruiting our key functions: You take the targeted and precise occupation of our nationwide branch lines – from briefing to placement. Locations in view: Through regular visits on site, you can understand exactly what managerial personality fits to what location – and meet ideal decisions. Cooperation at eye level: You work closely with top management, head of talent acquisition and regional directors and HR managers – with a common goal: strong branch lines for Elis. Employer Branding for leaders and high potentials: You develop targeted measures to increase our visibility among managers and to further motivate Elis as an attractive employer.

Qualification: You have completed an apprenticeship as a personal service businessman (m/w/d), a degree in economics / BWL or a successful degree.
