Employee Operator Responsibility (m/f/d)

You maintain and control the operation of electrical installations in urban buildings, evaluate their condition and operational safety and derive the necessary need for action You develop inter-building technical standards as well as test, maintenance and operator concepts for electrical installations and work on their urban implementation with You assess deficiencies and risks, lay down measures and priorities, encourage and coordinate necessary safeguards and emergency measures in the event of safety-related findings and monitor the correct and timely elimination of these deficiencies and ensure the necessary documentation and demonstration You plan, coordinate and monitor audits, maintenance, repairs and deficiencies, taking into account the relevant VDE and DGUV regulations You create technical performance descriptions, cooperate in procurement procedures and control external specialist companies including the technical examination of offers, services and invoices You contribute to the planning, acceptance and handover of plants, check the completeness and usability of the audit and operator documents, advise internal bodies and beneficiaries and support the further development of the digital plant, test and defect management, especially in SAP The activity is regularly linked to external services within the city area of Stuttgart. A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed study (Bachelor / Master / Dipl.-Ing.) in the field of facility management, electrical engineering, electrical energy technology, building and supply technology (with an electrical technical focus) or in a technically marked or comparable course of study (in the case of foreign university degrees the recognition or equivalence of the degree in Germany is to be demonstrated) or A completed relevant vocational training, preferably with further training as a master in a relevant field (e.g. electrical engineering, electric master in energy and building technology), as well as equivalent skills and experiences, or A qualification as a state-tested technician (e.g. building system technology, HLK, electrical engineering) or Industrial master/in electrical engineering with equivalent skills and relevant professional experience Safe handling of MS Office applications, beneficial are knowledge in CAFM systems Very good oral and written expressiveness in German readiness to exercise external services within Stuttgart and as far as possible driving licence class B
