You have the overall strategic responsibility for governance, risk & compliance issues (GRC) at DB/M and ensure that regulatory and legal requirements regarding data protection, antitrust, due diligence and sponsorship are integrated in an early and effective manner. You develop and control international training and enablement concepts for the entire sales organization at Daimler Buses in order to connect GRC-relevant content in a comprehensible, practical and sustainable manner in daily business. You actively shape the strategic orientation and further development of the company-wide CRM system and are responsible in particular for the integration of GRC-relevant requirements. You co-ordinate multi-disciplinary projects in the CRM and GRC environment, define clear target images and work packages and commission and tax external service providers along defined quality, time and earnings targets. You accompany validations, tests and piloting of projects to ensure quality and market maturity, evaluate results and guide clear decision and action recommendations for management.
Completed studies in the field of economics, business informatics or a comparable degree programme Experience in the planning and control of complex, international projects, especially in the GRC context Embossed conceptual skills, analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as a structured, targeted way of working and good organizational capacity Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (safe for negotiation) You're not bringing everything?
