Support in national and international recruiting – including through Active Sourcing on Social Media Support for applicant management and maintenance Administrative support of the team and targeted research and preparation of relevant information Responsibility for smaller projects with design space Bringing your own ideas into meetings, employer branding activities and social media campaigns

Continuous studies, ideally in business, psychology or a comparable degree course (at least two completed semesters) Organizational ability, empathy, fun at work in the team and a quick understanding Affinity for social media Ideally first practical experience in recruiting Very good communication skills with fluent German knowledge in word and writing Reliable, structured and independent operation
