Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the local, currently 7-member IT team including training Ensuring a frictionless IT operation at the site Close cooperation with all departments and the central IT Group Priority, control and active cooperation on multi-page project and support topics Escalation management for disorders in the production-critical environment Responsibility for local ticket and service management according to ITIL principles Continuous improvement of service quality, procedures and customer satisfaction Developing central, location-wide IT topics and projects with their own responsibility as a member of the IT management team

Completed study in the IT field or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in operational IT, ideally in a production or industrial environment Professional and Discipline Management Expert Very good knowledge of IT support and the transition with ticket systems (Matrix42, Jira) Know-how in ITIL processes Imprinted service and customer orientation and approval for production processes Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation – even under time pressure Hands-on mentality Communication strength, feasibility and team orientation Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
