Your tasks:

As a security force (m/w/d) welcome visitors, guests and suppliers, guide visitors' journals and are responsible for the issue and withdrawal of visitors' IDs They conduct security teachings and their documentation with guests and suppliers You are responsible for the telephone service (operating the telephone system, acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls) They perform regular streaks with state controls and closing services They support in case of an alarm (firefighter, police, rescue personnel) The processing of essential occurrences (e.g. travels) according to prescribed guidelines, forwarding to appropriate positions (e.g. police, etc.) and documentation are part of your task You work on a minijob basis

Your qualifications:

They are informed in accordance with §34a GewO or any other, higher-quality qualification You have already gained experience in security services You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You have a current police certificate without relevant registrations They have a friendly appearance and well-kept appearance You have good PC skills and willingness to shiftwork Your pleasure in working independently, your willingness to use and reliability, sense of responsibility and team skills complete your profile Ideally, you are in possession of the Class B licence
