= Job description

The core task is the industrialization of new rubber mixtures, as well as the care and process optimization of existing compounds in the compounding center Hamburg.

This includes tasks such as:

• Processing of sample mixtures to take over into the series
• Technical support of series mixtures
• organisation, handling and control of mixed experiments
• Control and optimization of mixing processes in terms of quality, efficiency and performance of production processes
• Implementation of product-specific ramp-up, change and optimization projects
• Active participation in solving quality problems

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in process engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry, etc.
• Multiannual professional experience in the manufacture of rubber mixtures and their processing desirable
• Very good expertise in rubber technology
• Good lean and project management skills
• Very good handling of MS-Office programs
• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
• fast conception, independent and structured work and good communication skills
