In the course of further growth, we are looking for a technically versed personality as team leader infrastructure projects – focus on sound protection (m/w/d).

In this position, you take responsibility for demanding projects in the field of sound protection / infrastructure expansion and, together with an experienced team, develop sustainable solutions for public and private clients.

The position is specifically directed not only to experienced managers. Also ambitious project managers, specialist planners or engineers who are professionally at home in the field of sound protection, noise protection or acoustics and want to take the next step towards team management are welcome.

Technical coordination and further development of a team in the field of sound protection and infrastructure Control and support of demanding sound protection and infrastructure projects from planning to implementation Responsibility for appointments, quality, resources and economic project objectives Technical coordination with contracting entities, authorities, experts and other project participants Development of practical and technically demanding solutions in the field of noise and sound protection

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, environmental engineering, acoustics, economic engineering or a comparable technical field Multiannual professional experience in sound protection, noise protection, acoustics, infrastructure planning or a comparable technical environment Experience in planning and managing projects First leadership experience is advantageous, but no requirement Specialist planners, project managers or experienced engineers with appropriate expertise are also explicitly welcome Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with customers, colleagues and project partners
