Creation, validation, optimization and maintenance of measurement programs for 3D coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss Calypso) Planning and implementation of measurement strategies for complex components taking into account drawing requirements and customer specifications Evaluation and interpretation of measurement results Analysis of dimensional deviations and support in the finding of causes in manufacturing processes Documentation of changes Working with the continuous improvement of measurement processes Support in the creation of clamping concepts and design of machine equipment

(m/w/d) or similar qualification Qualified training for technicians or industrial masters Multiannual professional experience in dimensional measuring technology desirable Finded knowledge of the programming of Zeiss coordinate measuring machines with Calypso Safe handling of technical drawings, CAD data and toleration standards Knowledge of shape and position tolerances according to ISO GPS and ASME Analytical and Structured Thinking Power Excellent quality awareness and solution-oriented action Self-responsible operation and good teamability Good knowledge of MS Office programs Ready for shift work in 2-shift
