IT Service Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as an IT service coordinator (m/w/d) in part time (min. 25 hours/week).

Tasks

Coordination and commercial handling of IT procurements, in particular hardware, mobile devices and IT accessories Collection and evaluation of offers and coordination with suppliers and IT service providers Support and management of IT, mobile, service and maintenance contracts including contract changes, extensions and terminations Organisation and management of mobile telephony contracts, SIM cards and mobile devices, as well as their assignment to employees and cost centers Examination and assignment of invoices and cost centers as well as support in the economic management of IT services Care and development of IT Asset and Inventory Management, including inventory management, withdrawal and extraction of IT equipment Coordination of organizational IT processes when employees enter and exit, in particular with regard to the associated IT equipment Documentation, standardization and continuous optimization of commercial and organizational IT processes

Closed commercial training with high IT affinity or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the business-organisational IT environment, ideally in the fields of IT procurement, contract, license or asset management Good know-how about modern IT hardware, mobile devices and IT service processes Very safe handling with Microsoft 365 as well as experience with digital administration and service portals experience with asset management, ticket or workflow systems; Knowledge in Jira or Jira Service Management are beneficial Commercial understanding as well as safe handling of offers, orders, contracts, invoices and cost centers Self-contained, structured and reliable operation as well as pronounced service and communication strength Joy in questioning, structuring existing processes and further digitizing and optimizing IT processes
