You take care of the concerns of our members on site and pay attention to compliance with the regulations. You control paths, plants and accesses – for security and order in the quarter. You carry out visits, perform small repairs and exchange, for example, lighting means or seals. You support housing removal and work with the administration. You control service providers (e.g. cleaning, green care) and, if necessary, perform smaller tasks themselves. You provide cleanliness, do winter services and are ready for use in the standby service.

Experience in commercial building or housekeeping – liked in the housing industry. A completed, craftsmanship is desirable. Self-employed, careful work and a “Macher” mentality. A friendly appearance, patience and joy in dealing with people. Driving licence class B and willingness to represent the team.
