Residential group service with management function (m/f/d)

We are looking for a management personality that understands its role consciously close to the pedagogical practice and at the same time acts as a responsible person. As a lead, you work with you in the group service and actively contribute your professional and organizational responsibility to everyday life. Service plans, assignments and organisational processes are jointly developed in the team – transparent, binding and at eye level. The individual services are perceived independently; If necessary, a collegial support is provided by telephone arrangements. The resulting high ownership is expressly desired and is supported and supported by the management. This position is aimed at people who do not understand the leadership hierarchically, but participatively, clearly and responsibly – with pleasure in co-design, decision-making and trust in self-organized teams.
