You are responsible for controlling the paid social campaigns of our EDEKA Southwest main accounts – from conception to setup to ongoing cross-channel control (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and their optimization You best use existing budgets based on our social media goals - from the application of organic content to targeted campaigns You create media plans and ensure budget monitoring You build tracking and reporting setups, interpret the KPIs, including the derivation of concrete action recommendations for content placement and channel control, and take care of the ongoing optimization of all measures (including targeting and creatives) You drive forward systematic testing and develop own test cases to develop target groups, creatives and messages data-based

You have completed a degree in performance marketing, online marketing, social media or marketing, or equivalent qualifications acquired through professional experience and training You bring relevant experience in performance marketing, paid social and campaign management with You are experienced in dealing with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads Manager and in media budget planning and have demonstrable success in campaigns with strong performance It distinguishes a structured and data-driven operation You are thrilled by your strong communication strength and you are very happy to work in the team
