Digital Strategy & AI Your location: hybrid / Rengsdorf

You are responsible for the strategic planning and control of complex projects and ensure that targets, schedules and priorities are clearly defined and coordinated. You analyse market, technology and business developments, manage strategic opportunities and risks and translate them into resilient project strategies. You control external partners and stakeholders, secure transparent communication and represent the project interests towards leaders and decision-makers. You establish professional project governance, including KPI definition, progress monitoring, risk management and quality assurance. You drive forward the continuous development of the project landscape, develop best practices, optimize methods and support the prioritization of the project portfolio.

A successfully completed master's degree, preferably in economics, engineering, business informatics or a comparable degree course Multiannual experience in managing complex, strategically relevant projects, ideally in the context of digitalization, transformation or organisational development (consultation experience is advantageous) Safe application of modern project management methods and understanding of technological trends and their impact on projects and organizations Impressed communication skills, complemented by convincing visualization and presentation techniques Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as the ability to convey complex content clearly, address-oriented and convincingly Very safe handling of PowerPoint, Excel and common Microsoft Office applications, combined with a high level of expertise in the structured processing of information
