Become part of the educational consultancy office in the SOS Children's Village Munich – a place where expertise and humanity go hand in hand. Together, we help families to strengthen their education skills, to cope with conflicts and create a beneficial environment for children and young people – with a special focus on socially disadvantaged, migrant and refugee families.

As a psychologist in our educational consultancy, you play a central role in the psychosocial care of families in the Munich city area. Their work is based on §§ 16, 17, 18 and §§ 28, 35a and 41 KJHG i.V.m. § 27 KJHG.

Your duties include: Implementation of initial psychological talks and need-oriented case-examination Advice and therapeutic accompaniment of children, young people, parents and whole families process-oriented, multimodal diagnostics (anamnese, exploration, test diagnostics, behavioral observation, projective procedures etc.) Preparation of expert opinions and opinions Crisis intervention in acute situations Advice for pedagogical and institutional partners Development and implementation of open group and support services Cooperation in regional networks and specialised bodies Public relations for the visualisation of family-assisted offers active participation in the further development of our professional profile Participation in supervision, further education and quality assurance measures Participation in child protection and protection under statutory requirements
