These tasks await you: Leadership, control and organisation of the area with multiple tasks

Technical, personnel and budget-relevant overall responsibility for the area

Systematic and active processing of your market and further development of the necessary qualification products

Advising the Bavarian Sparkassen in matters of personnel development on the topics in question, as well as central internal and external experts at specialist level

Targeting cooperation and cooperation in education with other academies, associations, partners of the Sparkassen financial group and external partners

Cooperation with co-official and freelance cooperation partners and coordination of their work on behalf of the Sparkassenakademie Bayern

SVB's representation of interests in regional working groups and projects

Partnership and trustful handling and life of the WIR feeling across all hierarchical levels

Ensuring efficient organizational structure and effective, digital processes

This distinguishes you: You are a business economist or have completed economic studies

You have a long-standing and well-founded experience in issues of education management

The areas of sales and credit have already met you from your professional practice or are ready to work intensively here

You bring know-how and interest to innovative learning opportunities and digital architectures, and as a lecturer You like to introduce themselves

You are happy and interested in leadership tasks and are happy to take responsibility for your team

You are able to guide a team through an inspiring and inspiring leadership style

You stand for binding and reliable cooperation across all hierarchical levels and provide thought-out, accurate solutions

You have pronounced communicative and interpersonal skills and prove the right fingertip feeling even in difficult situations
