As an Expert Security Management (m/w/d), your responsibility lies in the protection of the company, its employees and stock of goods against damage, danger and theft. They provide 109 METRO locations for operational and strategic security issues. In addition, you take over the following tasks: Concept optimization: further development and implementation of the national safety concept of METRO Germany Services management: coordination and control of service providers (intrusion, video, closing, safe, goods security systems) Analyses: Risk analysis and development of emergency, crisis and business continuity management Crisis Management: Security-related incident processing and crisis management (part of the crisis staff) Interface: Security communication to the METRO locations Incident Management: Analysis of Internal and External Diebstählen, Creation of Reportings, Cooperation with Law Enforcement Authorities, and Implementation of the Knowledge gained therefrom in cooperation with other departments

Training and experience: completed university studies or comparable experience and qualification in security management, ideally relevant professional experience in security services, asset protection, Loss Prevention Audit, risk management, crisis management or a related field Teamability: Embossed team orientation and flexibility in cooperation with the markets as well as high communication skills with colleagues from all hierarchical levels and in cooperation with internal and external partners Skills: Strong analytically structured working and thinking as well as pronounced process thinking, creativity, predictive action as well as affinity for modern security technology and current information systems Motivation: High resilience and commitment as well as the ability to make and drive decisions, as well as a high level of social competence and readiness to learn Communication: German and very good English skills Digital: Very good knowledge of MS Office Mobility: High readiness Prerequisite: Immigrant Leumund
