Monthly reporting of real estate economic indicators to management, management and other stakeholders Monitoring and testing of master data and the relevant property-related key figures Implementation of target-actual analyses, data and financial analyses (budget, forecasts) Creation and evaluation of ad hoc analyses and decision templates, e.g. deviation analyses and identification of action needs further development and optimization of the reports and the reporting structures and the underlying data processing and structure Construction and development of performance management for continuous monitoring of the business process Optimization of controlling systems and structures to support data-driven corporate control Creation of database queries and processing of data for reporting purposes Ensuring data quality and quality assurance of the generated reports and basic data Coordination of the cross-departmental reporting process Creation and maintenance of documentation on reports and their use Development and implementation of user training for targeted use of the reporting tools as well as for understanding the evaluations and key figures Take over multidisciplinary tasks and support for controlling projects Advice of management, management of business processes Interface function between the areas of real estate and fund management, including asset management, fund management, fund controlling, debt management, valuation department, financing, management, fund accounting and IT

Successfully completed economic studies, ideally focusing on finance, controlling, accounting or business informatics Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally related to real estate management Structured and independent working and very good analytical skills Clear and recipient-oriented communication and accurate formulation High problem-solving competence, pronounced number affinity, flexibility as well as rapid opinion Ability to collect, analyze and process figures, data and facts, as well as understand complex models, processes and facts High attention and reliable and accurate operation Team spirit, positive mindset and joy in proactively driving innovations and changes Very good knowledge in Excel as well as experience in dealing with business intelligence tools (Power BI) Knowledge of a programming or Script language like DAX, M, R or Python are desirable Experience with ERP systems (e.g. bisonbox, Wodis), BI systems (e.g. Power BI) and high IT affinity
