To support our team in the Transport Center Germany department, we are looking for several operators (w/m/d) in Frankfurt am Main at the next possible time. Be part of our strong operator team at VZD Germany and support the reliable operation of a central infrastructure. Continuous monitoring and analysis of traffic performance, monitoring, operation and switching of traffic control systems, tunnel operating systems and traffic engineering in tunnels Consumption of reports on planned and unplanned traffic events (e.g. construction sites, accidents, breakdowns) Cooperation with other transport centres, including in the context of corridor management Participation in the system operation of the traffic center Germany performing tasks of the control unit for the overhead line system for electrically driven trucks (eHighway Hessen) Maintenance of traffic, construction sites and inventory data and support of database systems

Training as a state-tested technician in the field of electrical engineering, communications technology, communications technology or transport technology or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience Experience in transport technology, telematics or traffic control Rare opinion on the assessment of critical/uncritical events and general understanding of the interaction of individual components in overall relationships Willingness to work into new tasks Routinized user knowledge of Microsoft Office standard software as well as the ability to work quickly into specialist applications Very good oral and written expressability in German (C1)

The activity is carried out in the alternating shift service after a continuous, long-term planned service plan for a 24/7 operation. Reliability and readiness service must be provided. Accordingly, your annual holiday entitlement increases.
