Expansion and maintenance of the customer portfolio in Engineering & IT in Dresden Development of long-term business relationships through personal or digital consultations New customer acquisition in the field of engineering IT and presentation of the service portfolio Determining the personnel needs of your accounts and matching with the expertise of our applicants: Creation of individual offers and implementation of price and contract negotiations Extraction and support of project staff:incl. disciplinary leadership Participation in the strategy and implementation of regional business objectives

Complete degree in engineering, business, IT or comparable Experience from sales in the context of services in need of declaration or technical sales Independent, predictive mode of operation, hands-on mentality paired with high target orientation Real team play and the ability to establish new contacts and build long-term, sustainable relationships German (C1 -Niveau), good knowledge of English and a valid driving licence Class B (PKW)
