You are Owner of Demand and are responsible for a structured, validated and realistic demand basis for production and supply chain. You take over the end-to-end response for demand planning via all sales channels and consolidate needs across channels and regions. You have a successfully completed study of economics, economic engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally focusing on supply chain, demand planning or production planning. You have more than 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in demand planning, sales planning or in a comparable role, ideally in close cooperation with sales. You have profound experience in the structured collection and consolidation of demand from multiple sales channels, in the analysis, validation and challenge of sales forecasts, as well as in statistical forecasting and planning tools. You have very good knowledge in SAP (ideally IBP, MM, BW/AFO) as well as in MS Excel, especially in data analysis, pivot and evaluations. You have pronounced analytical thinking, high numerical affinity and the ability to communicate complex facts clearly. You perform sovereignly in cross-departmental votes and are able to argue “against the forecast”. You have very good German and English skills and are ready for international business trips (about 10–20 %).
