Service staff – senior residence (m/f/d)

As a service provider (m/w/d), you can help our team prepare and issue meals. With your use you will ensure a smooth run in the dining room and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere for our residents. Food service: reception, preparation and delivery of hot and cold dishes, as well as need-friendly portioning for our residents. Preparation: Covering, preparing and equipping the tables and, if necessary, heating food. Residential care: Friendly support of our residents during meals and creating a pleasant atmosphere. Cleaning & hygiene: cleaning and cleaning of the tables as well as carrying out general cleaning work in the dining room and in the kitchen areas in compliance with hygiene standards. Cooperation: Close coordination with the kitchen and service team to ensure a smooth running in the daily business.

Experience: First experience in gastronomy, cuisine or service is desirable. Working methods: Structured, independent, responsible and reliable working methods as well as a good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene. Flexibility: ready to use in early and late service and on weekends according to the schedule. Communication: Good knowledge of German as well as a friendly and valuable appearance in dealing with residents and colleagues. Personality: team skills, helpfulness, empathy and physical resilience.

Framework conditions: Location: Neustadt am Rübenberge, Hahne Residenz 'Steinhuder Meer'. Hours: part-time with 18 to 20 hours per week. Working hours: Early service from 06:45 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. or late service from 15:15 a.m. to 19:45 a.m. Weekend services: weekend wages are carried out in the framework of the schedule, which is drawn up one month in advance. Payment: For a weekly working time of 20 hours, the monthly gross salary is between €1,280.64 and €1,313.70, depending on the experience.
