You manage housing loans, contracts of 3/4. Contributions and housing contracts, e.g. monitoring of contract provisions, examination of contract/claim changes, processing of contract details.

Your tasks include the implementation of cost-effectiveness calculations and the identification and testing of foreign renter supplements.

You yourself negotiate the acquisition of new occupancy rights in third-party housing.

The control of the use of funds and the calculation of investment grants are also part of your task.

Basic matters and particularly complex individual cases in the area of housing care are handled independently. These include, for example, the preparation of decision-making templates and decisions on key issues.

In addition, you will be able to meet reporting and continuous dates.

We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace, there are occasional and multi-day missions (approximately 5 – 20 days a year), including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have completed university studies (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) in the field of financial management, economic law, business, real estate, diploma graduates (first state exams) or comparable qualifications. Competences: You have well-founded IT standard applications (Microsoft Office). You have good knowledge in civil law, in particular in rental law and in contract law. You ideally have knowledge in the field of the federal budget system as well as in SAP ERP 6.0/ RE-FX or you are willing to acquire them in the short term. Knowledge in the field of real estate management with housing is advantageous. Knowledge and practical experience in the area of housing care of the federal government are advantageous.
