Medical Controller - MD Management / G-DRG / Coding (m/f/d)

Own-responsible preparation, accompaniment and follow-up of medical service testing (MD) Assessment and processing of test orders and preparation of medical opinions in cooperation with the departments Analysis of MD results and identification and implementation of optimization potentials for sustainable revenue management Testing and optimization of medical documentation and coding quality Advice and support for doctors as well as care for billing-relevant issues Ensuring correct and complete coding according to ICD, OPS and the German Code Directives Analysis of medical performance data and preparation of evaluations and key figures for internal reporting Participation in the further development of documentation, coding and accounting processes Close cooperation with medical departments, patient management, controlling and financial accounting Implementation of internal training on documentary and accounting issues

Complete studies in the field of medicine, health economics or health management, training in a health profession with a corresponding additional qualification or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in medical controlling an acute hospital Experience gained in dealing with medical service testing procedures and the legal basis of hospital billing law Very good knowledge of the G-DRG system, the German coding guidelines and the classifications ICD and OPS Safe handling of hospital information systems and common MS Office applications Analytical thinking, economic understanding and a structured and independent way of working Impressed communication and negotiation skills and a safe occurrence Team skills and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
