As a project manager IT- und Digitisation (m/w/d) Focus on power designing digitalization, IT-governance and automation of central systems. You coordinate our IT management and rollout processes, including IT title planning, hardware and software migration, and IT service management You conduct the analysis of existing network infrastructure and optimize it through digital technologies You actively drive digitization and automation initiatives to further develop the power grid, conduct corresponding projects and represent the company in comprehensive IT networks You work with interdisciplinary teams, e.g. engineers, IT specialists and external partners, to introduce smart grid solutions to efficiently implement the energy transition You assume the technical responsibility for our IT governance, data protection and compliance with the GDPR You control and accompany IT rollouts within the organization including quality assurance and coordination with internal interfaces and external service providers

Complete Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics or Natural Sciences or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the IT environment, ideally in digitization, automation or in project and service management Analytical and problem-solving thinking for optimizing processes and systems for network control and automation in the power grid Funded expertise in IT project management and governance as well as basic knowledge in power distribution networks, finance and controlling Very good knowledge or high affinity for modern digital technologies and tools such as SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA), Microsoft Power Platform, Databases, Big Data, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, IOT and Scada Systems Embossed communication and analysis skills, conceptual thinking, high solution orientation and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation and technical innovation
