Our five-month Fast Track Trainee Program in Business Consulting - Finance in Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Munich, Hamburg, Hannover or Berlin with start in October 2025 prepares you optimally for the everyday life of a consultant. In the first three months, you will be taught the technical and methodological knowledge in various interactive training and case studies to analyze, shape and optimize the business processes of national and international companies. Based on the learned knowledge, you will virtually and locally support one of our project teams in the following two months of the program and implement your learned skills directly in practice. After completion of the program, you will perform various tasks as part of your activity: Support in the optimization and redesign of accounting and controlling processes as well as organisational structures and technical systems System and process optimization with focus on completion, automation of financial reporting and optimal corporate control with the help of the right controlling instruments Implementation of consolidation, planning and reporting solutions (e.g. BI systems) to provide transparent information on profitability and cost management Working in national and international projects around new, innovative IT solutions and technologies, such as SAP S/4HANA, AI or the environment of sustainability

In addition, you benefit from an indefinite work contract, as well as from prestigious certifications in the labour market, common SAP modules (S/4HANA Finance and SAP Analytics Cloud). In addition, you receive direct and personal support in your further professional and personal development. The program is completed by a multi-day training with your trainee team: inside one of our worldwide EY Innovation Center.

Completed studies in one of the following or related areas: Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics with the focus of Finance, Accounting or Controlling First practical experience (practice or student work) in consulting or in an industrial company, with focus on accounting and controlling and first knowledge with financial systems or data processing (SAP, ERP, BI, PowerBI, etc.) Interest in financial processes, digitalization and trends in the finance environment High flexibility, excellent knowledge of German and English, as well as high readiness to travel (also for international challenges) Technology affinity, enthusiasm for working in an agile project environment and willingness to take responsibility
