Management of the municipal company (m/f/d)

Ensuring a stable and economically viable operation of the minimare Continuous strengthening of the economic situation through targeted control and prioritization Analysis and evaluation of existing supply structures (outdoor, indoor, gastronomy) from economic, qualitative and sustainable aspects Development and implementation of a clear strategic orientation, based on the original idea of the minimare (discovering, edutainment, gentle tourism) and on current market and framework conditions Further development of the overall operation with the aim of strengthening functioning elements and adjusting or reorienting non-supportable structures in a targeted manner Leadership, motivation and further development of a team of currently 15 employees Control and further development of individual business areas in terms of cost-effectiveness, visitor orientation and resource use Coordination and control of external service providers (e.g. marketing, technology) Close cooperation and communication with mayor, administration, political bodies and regional partners Responsibility for organisation, processes and priorities in ongoing operation

Unconditionally required: completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in the field of business management, tourism, marketing or communication or a comparable degree Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in a dynamic or changing environment Designed business skills and experience in managing budget responsibility Strong decision and clear direction of implementation Very good communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders

Remarkable: Experience in tourism, leisure or services knowledge in the local environment or in cooperation with public authorities Experience in the areas of strategic market and supply development or visitor control
