As a financial accountant (debitors), you take full responsibility for our sales processes from day one. You will be actively involved in all accounting processes, thereby developing a profound understanding of our financial structures far beyond your core area.

Debitor Accounting & Payment Management: You are responsible for the accounting mapping of the entire order-to-cash cycle. In doing so, you will form the technical interface for operating invoices as well as for dunning and ensure the proper accounting of all business incidents. In addition, you monitor the daily payment compensation and independently clarify any cases that cannot be automatically assigned by the system.

Accounting & Revenue Management: You manage the secondary book (debitors) and ensure a correct sales realization, including the professional education and resolution of passive invoice delimitation posts (pRAP) as well as the execution of regular accounts.

Partner commissions: You are the first contact for our Partnerships team and tax the monthly calculation, invoice and booking of all partner commissions according to the contractual agreements.

Turnovers: You are in direct contact with our licensors and manage the sales shares for licensed products (calculation, invoice, booking and delimitation).

Monthly financial statements & Controlling: You prepare the monthly financial statements in the area of debitors and ensure high data quality as well as traceability of financial figures. In addition, you support Finance Manager with monthly sales controlling as well as ad hoc analyses.

Process Improvement & Automation: You optimize and automate the processes you are responsible for to continuously increase the scalability and efficiency of debitor accounting.

You are motivated and willing to take responsibility. You are blossoming in a dynamic environment, working with modern tools and enjoy actively shaping processes.

You have successfully completed a training as a accountant or a study with a focus on Accounting/Finance; an additional qualification to the account holder (IHK) is a big plus.

You bring 3+ years of experience in accounting and have gained first experience in process automation.

You communicate clearly and structured with internal stakeholders (e.g. in sales or finance).

You speak fluent German; English skills at a professional level are a plus.

You live in Munich or the surrounding area and can work 2–3 days a week in the office.
