International order processing: They process orders from abroad for the supply of chemical products using the “Selectline” commodity management system. These include order collection, ordering, triggering of transport orders, production and testing of commercial papers and invoices. National orders: They perform similar tasks for orders from Germany and ensure a smooth process. Export documentation: You create export declarations, certificates of origin and movement certificates. Secretariat work: They support the team through general secretariat work to make the office day efficient. Sales assistance: Depending on your needs, you can also take over tasks in the sales assistance and thus contribute to the support of the sales team.

Experience in order processing: They have experience in the processing of orders and are safe in handling goods management systems such as “selectline” or similar systems. Administrative skills: They have experience in general secretarial tasks and can work independently and reliably. Export documentation: knowledge in the production of export declarations, certificates of origin and movement certificates are advantageous, but not necessarily necessary. Communication strength: Your excellent communication skills in German and English facilitate cooperation with international customers and partners.
