What to do is

• You create the menu, execute orders and ensure correct storage
• You create lunch with your team and the snack
• You plan personnel deployment, guide and develop your team
• They provide customer and guest satisfaction as a contact person and thereby increases sales and earnings
• You are responsible for compliance with HACCP regulations

What convinces us

• You have a completed training as a cook (m/w/d)
• You have professional experience in operational management (e.g. as a kitchen line)
• You are also pleased to continue to pack your ideas in the kitchen and to put your ideas into practice
• You have experience in the analysis of business performance indicators so that you can always derive the right measures for your operation
• You communicate in writing and orally very well in German to communicate with your team and the customer without any problems
