Successfully completed studies or vocational training with additional professional qualification, ideally in the human resources or IT Multiannual experience in end-to-end recruiting of SAP ERP professionals as well as a basic understanding of the various SAP modules and the associated roles Ideally experience in the occupation of positions in other IT areas such as cloud, AI, security, software architecture etc. Knowledge of the legal framework and human resources processes of larger companies Experience in the application of State of the Art Sourcing and Personal Selection Methods Routinized handling of common MS Office applications and specific HR or Recruiting software Empathic and powerful personality with targeted, service and solution-oriented working style Independent, careful and conscientious operation, high stress resistance and pronounced teamability Sovereign communication skills in German to different target groups
