Expert Corporate Treasury - Data Analytics (m/f/d)

Support our global project teams in all financing related topics. Work closely with the Vice President Corporate Treasury and an international team of Treasury colleagues in Stuttgart, Singapore and the USA as well as with project teams worldwide. The focus of the role is on liquidity management and short-term liquidity planning for the Exyte Group and ensures that short-term cash plans can be effectively transferred to medium-term financial planning. In addition, the position includes diverse treasury-related tasks, e.g. the efficient processing and reporting of all warranty topics, the responsibility for our global electronic banking system, as well as communication with our core banks and treasury back office activities.

Consolidation and analysis of short-term liquidity forecasts to ensure paymentability. Conducting data analyses on cash flow patterns, liquidity drivers and forecast accuracy. Ensuring data quality, consistency and integrity across systems and tools. Further development of automation and digitization initiatives through targeted data modeling and workflow optimization. Representation in central treasury operations, including the support of the Treasury Management System (Coupa) and the global electronic banking system (TIS), coordination of warranty processes with internal and external stakeholders, as well as ensuring smooth, consistent end-to-end backup office operations.

Complete studies of business management with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling as well as multi-year, practical experience in the field of data analytics in the finance or treasury environment of an international company or in the banking sector. Very good knowledge of German and English, high IT affinity and sound knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience in handling treasury systems such as Coupa and TIS as well as modern data analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI), additional knowledge in Python or R are of advantage. Expressed analytical competence, including statistical methods, regression and variance analyses, as well as the clear and addressable processing of complex data in the sense of effective data storytelling. Safe handling of data quality, data purification and transformation as well as the definition and interpretation of relevant KPIs, combined with a sound understanding of central business processes. Strong communication and presentation capabilities with the ability to develop dashboards, prepare data analyses precisely and derive sustainable action recommendations from them. Structured, analytical thinking and a high level of detail, combined with pragmatic hands-on mentality and competence to successfully implement tasks independently as well as in the global team environment.
