advanced bachelor's degree in economics or social sciences as well as initial practical experience, e.g. through internships or stays abroad fluent German and very good English skills as well as safe application of MS Office programs (focus Excel) fast understanding and good analytical skills that will enable you to quickly penetrate complex facts very good number understanding and fun at work with numbers strong communication skills in cooperation with in- and external contacts independent working and motivation to create and move things
