The Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) section generates the data and information that is needed to provide our naval ships with logistical services, such as spare parts data, maintenance measures and training concepts. As a process manager:in ILS it is your central goal to continuously improve costs, quality and timeliness of our delivery products.

Your tasks at a glance: You organize and run improvement projects in the area of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and ensure that defined goals are achieved in terms of cost, quality and timeliness through structured planning, control and tracking. In cooperation with the IT department, you will continuously analyze, document and develop ILS processes in order to increase the efficiency of the working methods in a sustainable manner. You will accompany the implementation until the successful introduction of new or optimized solutions. The management and management of ILS documents take over with the aim of ensuring regular and timely provision. Developing to measure project success You provide suitable indicators, prepare results transparently and report regularly to the field management. Workshops, retrospectives and trainings plan and moderate you in a targeted manner in order to promote and sustainably anchor improvement measures together with the relevant specialist areas. You coordinate the cooperation of different stakeholders, coordinate procedures within the team and promote a cross-disciplinary exchange of knowledge.

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, industrial engineer) or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the shipbuilding industry and knowledge of shipyard processes Basic knowledge of the ILS processes and their interfaces A high IT affinity and methodological competence in lean and project management Very good communication and moderation skills as well as reliable knowledge of German and English Conceptual thinking and structured working
