• Strategic design: As a driving force, you shape the digital transformation of our company with your own ideas, know-how and strategic vision.
• Innovation development: You develop new digital solutions, recognize technological trends early on and evaluate their potentials for our business model.
• Process optimization: In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you implement optimization potentials and launch sustainable digital solutions.
• Analysis & further development: Existing IT and business processes will be analyzed by you and further developed in a sustainable manner – focusing on efficiency and customer orientation.
• Project responsibility: You take responsibility for our digitalization projects – from conception to successful implementation.
• Competition funding: Through workshops, training and targeted knowledge transfer, you strengthen the digital competence in the company. Cooperation: The cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners as well as the coordination of interdisciplinary project teams are also part of your everyday life.

• Digital know-how: You have well-founded know-how in the areas of digitalization, process management or technology use – regardless of your training path.
• Replacement experience: With experience in the implementation and control of digital projects, you convince with a clear focus on pragmatic, user-oriented solutions.
• Innovation joy: Curiosity and joy of innovation characterize you – you are attentive to technological developments and develop your own impulses.
• Communication & team spirit:Communication at eye level, team skills and an entrepreneurial understanding, of course.
• Readiness:** Continuous further development is important to you, and you will be happy to share your knowledge with colleagues.
• KI competence: Ideally, you bring first knowledge about AI-based tools (e.g. prompting or automation solutions) – but this is not a must.
