The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown as a house of maximum care for the region and a teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. During the day and around the clock, more than 4,900 qualified employees provide care for patients. The Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapeutic Medicine is responsible for the regional care of the city of Karlsruhe. It comprises a total of 198 stationary beds (incl. StäB), 71 day hospitals and an institute collective. For the Psychiatry and Psychotherapy clinic, we are looking for a dedicated area management (m/w/d) in full or part-time (also possible in tandem) in the 5-day week, at least as part of the succession scheme. 75%, the area line component of the site is 70%.

A multiannual professional experience as a health care and nursing workerin, health care and children's caregiverin, nursing specialist, preferably in the field of psychiatry A study in nursing management, a comparable qualification or the willingness to complete such a leadership experience Impressive communication skills and co-operation readiness Organizational and cross-sectoral, economic thinking and action A target and result-oriented approach The willingness to cooperate constructively and objectively with the care management, the care management, the medical service of the department
