General responsibility for data management and data quality as part of ERP and CRM implementation Development, definition and establishment of data standards and maintenance of technical data models Structure and introduction of data governance structures, including clearly defined roles and processes Planning and implementation of data consolidation, purification and integration measures across all areas Definition of data requirements and KPIs for data quality and their monitoring and reporting Implementation of data-based analyses to optimize business processes Close cooperation with IT architects, process management and specialist areas to ensure a consistent, company-wide data base Conception and support of reporting, BI and analytics solutions based on defined data models Creation of reports and dashboards to support decision-making

Completed studies of (economic) informatics, economics, data science or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in data management and data modeling (e.g. UML class diagrams) Detectable successes in the introduction of data standards and in migration or consolidation projects Finded understanding of corporate processes, especially in ERP and CRM environment Knowledge of relevant methods and concepts such as data governance, data quality management or master data management Experience in dealing with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and ideally with ETL tools Designed analytical, conceptual and organizational skills High levels of implementation, communication skills and joy in communicating complex relationships in a comprehensible way Motivation to actively shape change processes
