♪ This is your new job:

The area (Heil-)Pädagogical riding combines educational and animal-assisted interventions, in addition to classic horse sports.

The focus of our work is the conviction that horses can open special access to personality development, education and participation.

Our diverse range is aimed at children, young people and adults with different individual needs. In the course of our morning offer, children and young people of the single school will participate in offerings from the field of horse-assisted pedagogy during school sports. Here, relationship, movement and common natural life promote important personal and social skills.

Another focus of our work is the concept of girls-ferde school (MPS). This is aimed at girls and young women, which are currently difficult to achieve through classical school offers. The horse serves as a value-free counterpart and supportive medium to rebuild confidence in itself, to experience self-effectiveness and to enable new access to development and education processes.

In the afternoon, children and adolescents of the St. Elisabeth Association, as well as external participants from different regional organisations, use the offer as part of horse-assisted educational offers and classical riding. In doing so, we create individual funding opportunities that are oriented towards the personal resources and objectives of the participants.

In addition, we are engaged as a training company in the field of helpers in the horse industry and offer professional preparation measures. We therefore support young people not only in their personal development, but also open up prospects for training and professional participation.

♪ These are your tasks as a female employee for horse-assisted educational offers (m/w/d):

The field of activity includes the accompaniment of girls and young women within the framework of the girl-parent school concept, Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings from 08.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and afternoon from 13.00 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the form of horse-assisted educational offers. The main field of activity consists of a wide range of horse-farming activities such as horse-care, cleaning of the horse boxes, learning riding and longing, bringing the horses to the pastures and more. Through the joint work with the horse and here in particular when riding, the reins are often able to take their own life back into their own hands and experience self-effectiveness and ability to act. The girls move in an age range from 12 years to adulthood.

• Horse-farming expertise
• Great would be a qualification in animal-assisted work, as an alternative to a trainer's C bill or already experience in the sharing of riding lessons
• You work pedagogically and at eye level with the girls and young women and pick them up in their skills.
• You are empathic and encourage young people individually, needs-oriented and independent of the background
• You are safe in communication, both in dealing with the attendees and in cooperation with colleagues
• You are flexible in a dynamic working environment, paired with the ability to self-reflection and constructive feedback
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
